You can sign up at any Tradehome Shoes store location. Our helpful team members can get you set up quickly and easily.

You will earn a $50 Bonus Coupon for every 500 points you earn in our stores during any consecutive 12 month period, which is redeemable at ANY Tradehome Shoes location! Plus, you will be eligible to receive special offers and notifications reserved for members via email. Special offers will be sent out periodically, informing you of in-store sales, coupons chances to earn double points and other great offers.

We respect your privacy, and will never, under any circumstance, sell or distribute your information.  It is for our own record keeping and to personalize special offers, to better serve you.

Run, jump and skip in your new footwear!  OK, all you really need to do is provide us with  your phone number (it’s simply a unique identifier), along with your first and last name.  We will take care of the rest.  Yes, it’s that easy!  Once you are signed up, provide our team member with your phone number every time you make a purchase at any Tradehome location, and your points will automatically be added to your profile.

Not for the Rewards Program; however, you should keep them for your own records, and for any returns or exchanges you may need to process.

You will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on any merchandise.  Points are not issued on tax, freight or gift card purchases.

Every 500 points per consecutive 12 month period earns a $50 Bonus Coupon.

Yes, points expire 12 months from the purchase date.

No, but you are encouraged to try to make us rethink that policy.

No, the program is completely free to join and participate in.  If you feel that ‘Free’ is too good of a deal, feel free to spread the word about our Rewards Program; we love word of mouth advertising!

It is a magical, wonderful coupon worth $50 towards any merchandise purchased on a single transaction at any Tradehome Shoes location.

When a purchase puts you over the 500 point mark, a $50 Bonus Coupon will automatically print from our register.  Present that Bonus Coupon at your next purchase and you will receive $50 off your purchase!

Points will be deducted for the net amount of the return.

Once received, the Bonus Coupon will be active within two days and will be valid for 12 months.

Yes, like your points, Bonus Coupons will expire after 12 months, so don’t forget to use it!

Anytime you make a purchase, an updated points total will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.  Our store personnel can also easily look up your point total for you.

Please don’t, Bonus Coupons are not replaceable, and we really want you to reap the benefits of our Rewards Program.

Not on the purchase of gift cards, but upon their redemption for merchandise.

You earn points on the purchase of any merchandise; however, points are not earned on tax, shipping and handling, and gift cards.

Yes, you can!  Contact loyalty@tradehome.com to have qualifying purchases added to your account.  Please provide us with your full name, phone number and transaction number(s) that you would like to be applied to your profile.

Store staff can review your purchase history or contact loyalty@tradehome.com.  When contacting us via email, please provide your full name and phone number, along with any transaction numbers you believe to be missing from your profile.

Points expire every 12 months.  Points will also be removed for returned merchandise.

Bonus Coupons may be redeemed on sale merchandise (we have great sales all year long); however, they cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons and offers.

Since there is no cash value to the Bonus Coupon, they cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

Yes, you must treat yourself to the entire $50 in a single transaction.  We are unable to issue cash back or store credit for unused Bonus Coupon balances.  With all the great shoes, socks and accessories that we carry, you’ll have no problem finding something to use the Bonus Coupon towards.

Yes, it’s easy!  Simply email loyalty@tradehome.com, provide us with your full name, phone number and transaction number(s) that you would like added to your profile, and we’ll add those points to your account.

Points are not transferable between accounts.
